You are therefore authorised to download material for the sole purpose of that stated and any unauthorised use or distribution of such material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Salon jobseeker retains the copyright in materialist supplies, whether in electronic or other format.

You must also ensure that you have the right to any information you disclose regarding third parties, in particular trade secrets, intellectual property or other information, which is copyrighted. You must not publish material, which is defamatory, threatening, abusive, or post sexually explicit material images or statements.

By registering personal information on this site you agree to the disclosure thereof to third parties, on an anonymous basis or otherwise. Your information may also be used by Salon Jobseeker for the purpose of compiling information for the benefit of recruiters/advertisers in terms of statistical material, which may be relevant to their use of the site. Salon Jobseeker cannot guarantee candidates any level of expected communications in terms of quantity or suitability of job alerts received, job offers received or job vacancies listed at any time.

Salon Jobseeker does not accept any liability for information published by any third party such as recruitment firms or companies, in relation to any job posting or company information, which is inaccurate or untrue. Therefore you acknowledge that any reliance on such information is done so at your own risk. In addition any links to other websites does not imply any recommendation of the firm or company or endorsement of the material published therein.
Access to this site for individuals is at no charge and therefore information provided is done so on the basis of no liability to Salon Jobseeker. In particular we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss, profit or goodwill arising from use of the site. In addition, where an applicant accepts a contract of employment offered by a recruiting firm or company, Salon Jobseeker accepts no liability or responsibility for the proper performance of either party of the terms of employment.

As Salon Jobseeker is not involved in any communication between individuals and employers in relation to specific job roles or information published, it cannot be responsible or accept any liability for the accuracy of information which may later be depended on for the employment purposes.
All employers using this site to publish information or material, whether paid for or otherwise, must do so without knowingly providing any such information which may be untrue or inaccurate or misleading in any way.

Posting Jobs

You agree to abide by the contractual obligations of Salon Jobseeker in relation to procedures and pricing in relation to all tariffs as offered. Discounts may be offered from time to time at the discretion of Salon Jobseeker and Salon Jobseeker also reserves the rights to review all tariffs from time to time. Salon Jobseeker does not allow recruiters to advertise multiple job Positions and/or Locations within a single job advert. An individual advert is required for each job Position and/or Location to be advertised. The Position and Location of the vacancy advertised cannot be edited once confirmed and published.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage, which may occur as a result of any candidate communication. We cannot guarantee responses to your advertisement in terms of application numbers or suitability of applications for any vacancies advertised.  You will agree to deal in a professional and fair way with any individual who may respond to any job placed. You also indemnify Salon Jobseeker against any claim arising as a result of breaches of this obligation.
From time to time vacancies posted on Salonjobseeker.com may appear on third party recruitment web sites where agreement between the third party and Salon Jobseeker has allowed such sharing to occur.

Free job postings

Salon Jobseeker offers recruiters five job postings free of charge. Free postings are limited to five postings per registered company and at the discretion of Salon Jobseeker. All free postings will be submitted for screening prior to being published. Access to the CV matches feature is not included with any free posting. To receive the CV matches feature a premium posting must be purchased and posted or a previously posted free posting canbe upgraded to a premium posting. We may terminate your registration or refuse to publish adverts at any time, at our discretion and without any explanation or notification to you.

Applicant manager, CV database and CV Matches

Any information you gain from the Applicant manager, CV database and CV matches features or in relation to the "email alert" facility must be treated in a secure fashion and in compliance with data protection and only for the purpose of potential employment of that candidate for vacant job roles.  We cannot guarantee any level of quantity, suitability or availability of any candidates stored on the candidate CV database or provided as a CV match for the purpose of filling any vacancy. You must not supply or sell any material from the candidate database, or any copy of it, to any third party.  You agree to delete all material from the candidate database upon its replacement with up-to-date material or the satisfactory conclusion of your search for a suitable candidate, whichever occurs first.

The CV matches feature will only remain active updating details of new matches whilst a premium job posting is live on the site.

All candidate lists and details stored within the recruiters Applicant Manager area will be accessible whilst the job posting is live and for 28 days following the job postings expiry. If the job posting is not renewed within the 28 days all candidate lists and details related to the posting are deleted and reset with the job considered no longer vacant. 

CV Scores

Package expiry

All job posting packages are considered used as soon as a posting is published live at Salonjobseeker.com.

All purchased job packages will expire twelve months from the date of purchase if unused but may commence being used at anytime within the twelve months.

Advertising

If you enter in to any agreement in relation to advertising company material on this website or showcasing company logo's , marks, registered designs or other promotional motifs or media, you agree to work with Salon Jobseeker in relation to all technical matters such as providing copy, HTML images etc within the reasonable time frames necessary to publish the material or information, by agreed deadlines.  It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure they have the right to reproduce any photographs or digital images that are used to promote an advert. The advertiser agrees to indemnify Salon Jobseeker against all claims costs arising out of any infringement of copyright for such photographs or images. Positioning of advertisements is within our sole discretion. You acknowledge that we have made no guarantees with respect to usage statistics or levels of impressions for any advertisement.

We reserve the right at all times to change in any way as we see fit the design or layout of the website in accordance with the needs of the business. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, profits or goodwill incurred through any material published on this website by any company doing so paid or otherwise. Salon Jobseeker agrees not to alter or edit any material supplied for the purpose of advertising on this site without the full agreement of the provider of such material.

You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove from Salonjobseeker.com any advertisement which is posted in breach of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions may change from time to time and you are advised to refer to them regularly.
Salon Jobseeker cannot guarantee continual operation of this website and will not be responsible for interruptions to this as a result of loss or breakdown in the supply of electric or telephonic systems or technical problems incurred by the server or website itself.

Cancellations and Refunds

As Salon Jobseeker provides products that are tailored to individual customers and effective immediately, you are not entitled to any refund upon confirmation of any of the sites services or products being used or accessed.  You are entitled to a full refund during a cooling off period being seven days from the date any product is purchased or until any product is used within the seven day period, whichever occurs first.

Termination

We may terminate your registration or deny you access to the site or any part of it at any time within our discretion and without any explanation or notification to you.

DISCLAIMER

Salon Jobseeker accepts no responsibility or liability for any financial loss or damage, whether physical, pecuniary, economic or to goodwill experienced by any user of this web site whether as an individual user accessing information without charge or as an employer posting jobs, advertising information or using candidate database facilities in line with the fee charged. This includes any loss or damages resulting in an inability to use the web site due to computer virus affecting the web site or server.

The laws of England & Wales apply exclusively to this contract.
