The Ideal Leisure Club Manager
We are looking for a focused and well-rounded Leisure Club Manager to take over the running of this popular hotel base leisure facility.
The pre requisites to candidates applying for this position are the following;
• Previous leisure management role
• Experience of managing, leading and motivating a team
• History of delivering service and results in a Leisure environment
• Strong understanding of financial business and performance management
• Solid knowledge of managing and driving the sales process
• Operational expertise to deal with retention, health and safety and brand and operational standards throughout the club
• Qualification in fitness, first aid, lifesaving and pool plant are highly desirable
The Role
The purpose of your role in a nutshell will be to deliver an effective, safe building facility which offers consistently high levels of service excellence and which contributes to the growth of the Health Club business through innovative activities.
