My client is a UK leading supplier of non-surgical, medical aesthetics treatments with many private medical clinics spanning the UK. They specialise in offering a range of proven, safe, highly successful Medical skin services. Whether you want to achieve a younger-looking, clearer complexion or remove unwanted hair, they have a treatment to suit every skin type and requirement.
Requirements of the Ideal Clinic Manager
This is a pivotal role for a professional, commercially aware individual to lead their Guildford clinic. The pre requisites to candidates applying for this position are the following;
• NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapies or the equivalent
• Significant experience of managing, leading and motivating a team of staff
• Excellent commercial awareness – strong sales mindset
• Understanding of profit and loss and cost controls
• Driven approach to sourcing clients and making sales to meet clinic targets
• The ability to adopt a “big picture” approach, yet focus on detail as required
Preferred Experience
• If you come from a Medical Aesthetics background and are already able to perform non-surgical, advanced skin treatments such as Laser Treatments, IPL, Micro dermabrasion and advanced Skin Peels then this would be a huge advantage to your application.
The Role
You will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the clinic including financial performance, standards of service and quality of treatments. You will be establishing a customer focused culture, whilst maintaining a high profile within the clinic in order to lead by example. Alongside the operational management aspect of this role, you will also be required, where necessary, to undertake some of the non-surgical, medical aesthetics procedures.
There will be significant people management, to include HR and recruitment procedures and motivation and leadership of clinic staff.
